Same day in store collection for online orders. Generally ready for pick up within 2-3 hours.

Immediate pick up may be available, however please phone ahead to ensure your purchase is ready. 

Standard shipping fees apply for online orders.

Please allow 2-3 days for item to be shipped due to remote location. 

 

Returns

Thank you for shopping with Island Gypsy. 

• Items must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned in saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached.
• Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
• Island Gypsy reserves the right to decline returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received.
• Original invoice must be included with your return as proof of purchase.
• No change-of-mind refunds or return offered on sale items.
• Sale items, swimwear, jewellery, hats, towels cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
• Faulty items will be exchanged.
• Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.
